1. Welcome Packet Assembly
(Sunday Afternoon)
This is a great way to meet someone early in
a very small group. Many of our ‘more seasoned folks’ walk around
tables assembling the conference handout packet. And, you even
get rewarded: a free drink ticket for Sunday’s Welcome Reception.

2. Welcome Reception (Sunday Evening)
After that lazy lake-side drive or even if you
are just arriving, don’t miss this great wine and cheese reception.
Once the trade show ribbon is cut, you will be able to interact
with over 100 exhibitors who are anxious to promote their great
services to you.

3. Hospitality Row Open House
(Monday Evening)
Best described as a Progressive Party and you
don’t have to drive anywhere…F-U-N! Ten of our exhibitors
provide a special brand of hospitality in their centrally located
lodges. You simply spend as much or little time moving about learning
more about their services. This is a great social event to make
new acquaintances and renew old ones too! You’ll want to
bring a jacket because you might find yourself out on one of the
covered decks as the evening progresses!

4. Boat Tour (Tuesday Early Afternoon)
Get on board the Morgan for a 1-1/2 hour boat
ride on Lake George and a breathtaking view of the Adirondack
Mountains. The Morgan can hold up to 100 people if the weather
cooperates! If you are one of the lucky 25 on the open upper deck,
you will want to bring a jacket and your camera! More

5. Culinary Demonstration (Tuesday
Early Afternoon)
The Executive Chef demonstrates how your Sagamore
food is prepared. This event has included creating chocolate covered
desserts and strawberries, barbecuing with beers and sculpturing
garnishes out of fruit and vegetables. Chef will show you how
to prepare a Sagamore speciality, and pair it with the right wine,
so you can try cooking it yourself when you get back home. More

6. Golf (Tuesday Afternoon)
This beautiful hillside course overlooks Lake
George and was designed and built under Donald Ross’s personal
supervision in 1928. He used the environment to give each hole
its challenge and beauty. Attendees tee up and take on the challenge
of the 18-hole, par-70, 6,950-yard course. Assemble your own foursome
or take a real chance and be assigned to one where you’ll
get to know three more professionals in your field. More

7. Hike (Tuesday Afternoon)
This is not some walk in the woods! It is intended
for the more serious hiker and is accompanied by professional
guides from the local Adirondack Mountain Club so everyone gets
back in time for the evening activities. In the past, about 18-20
people have hiked Buck Mountain and bushwhacked their way up and
down French Point Mountain. More

8. Tennis (Tuesday Afternoon)
Don’t worry about the weather as there
are both indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Since this has been
a small group in the past, there is no advance sign-up. Just simply
ask about it. More Information
